Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project delivery across development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Assist in managing scope, cost, programme, quality and risk under guidance of senior colleagues
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Support procurement processes and documentation
- Participate in client meetings and help prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with Technical Due Diligence (TDD) assignments (experience in TDD is a strong advantage)
- Monitor project progress and flag risks or issues to senior team members
- Contribute to maintaining project documentation and administrative processes
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or similar
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate, construction or project management (internships included)
- Interest in real estate development and project delivery
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on responsibility
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in Swedish and good command of English
- Exposure to or interest in Technical Due Diligence (TDD) is a strong plus
- Great entry point into real estate project management with strong learning opportunities
