Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a Business & Technology Integration team, supporting a major Calypso transformation programme within a leading financial services organisation.

The role:

In this role, you will act as a key link between business and technology, helping to shape how processes, systems, and operating models evolve. You will play a critical part in defining future-state solutions, driving meaningful improvements, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current business processes, systems, and operating models

• Gather, define, and validate business and customer requirements

• Design future-state processes and scalable business solutions

• Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and insight

• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders

• Lead cross-functional workshops and drive alignment on complex topics

• Contribute to key design and delivery decisions across multiple teams

• Identify and implement opportunities for process and systems improvement

• Ensure high-quality outcomes through strong analytical and design thinking

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Business Process Analysis tools and methodologies

• Proven background in Business Process Design within complex environments

• Advanced capability in Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels

• Proven ability to influence, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus
