Role Overview
We are looking for an Expert Data Scientist specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) data and advanced Machine Learning models, including Deep Learning and Neural
Networks.
This role focuses on improving IT stability by leveraging predictive and prescriptive analytics to identify, quantify, and mitigate IT risks, while also driving automation through Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve IT stability using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques
- Develop solutions for automated root cause analysis of critical IT system issues
- Reduce Mean Time to Restore Service (MTRS) and incident recurrence probability
- Build and optimize Neural Network models for deep analysis
- Design and implement Generative AI-based self-reporting solutions
- Automate IT operations reporting, including supplier performance insights
- Deliver actionable insights and service improvement plans (CSI)

- Work within SAFe Agile Release Train (ART)
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI Service / Microsoft Fabric
- Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create data-driven solutions
- Build and enhance Insights Data Analytics services
- Perform hypothesis testing and statistical modeling
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports
- Analyze and model data to generate actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices
- Operate within a Scrum team with aligned autonomy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Statistics, Python, T-SQL, Power Query, DAX
- Hands-on experience with MS Power BI / Power Platform
- Proficiency in data wrangling, data mining, and feature engineering
- Experience with Machine Learning model development and optimization
- Strong knowledge of descriptive and predictive analytics techniques
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Familiarity with GIT version control
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Certifications & Education
- ITIL Foundation certification or relevant ITSM experience
- Lean-Agile (Scrum or SAFe) certification/training preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
