Job Description

Working Student is a long-term paid internship, that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT world. As our Trainee you can have experience working in such areas that correspond to full-time jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Position: Scrum Master Support - Working Student

Duration: 12 months (possibility to prolong for the next 12 months)

Location: Poland, Wroclaw

Date: 1.02.2025 -31.01.2026 (possibility to prolong)

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

As part of our team, you will:

• Contribute to setup, development, and integration activities
• Ensure all members follow Scrum values, principles, and practices
• Facilitate the Scrum events
• Participate in the company wide/and local TC administrative tasks/actions/initiatives
• Assistance in coordination of projects
• Maintain data in Excel forms and be able to generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Support Local Product Owners/Scrum Masters/Quality Managers
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

You have:

• Active status of student
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Office applications
• Theoretical knowledge about Scrum and Kanban
• Strong organisational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate and co-operate with other people in various situations
• Self-motivated, responsible, and driven in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills
  
  

It would be nice if you also had:

• Basic level of programming skills with Python languages
• Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux (command line)
• Knowledge of telecom protocols, IP and networking
• Knowledge of GIT version control system
