Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with deep expertise in Encryption and Key Management. The role focuses on strengthening cryptographic standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the organization’s security posture, including readiness for post-quantum threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, and update encryption and key management policies and procedures
• Ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements
• Assess and analyze the current and future encryption landscape, including post-quantum cryptography risks
• Recommend and document cryptographic controls to enforce security policies
• Manage and operationalize cryptographic key inventory and risk assessment programs
• Support business objectives through secure and scalable encryption strategies

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Expert-level knowledge of Encryption and Key Management
• Hands-on experience implementing cryptographic solutions in complex environments
• Strong background in Information Security, specifically cryptographic standards and processes
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, including:
• PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)
• NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
• Other relevant EU/US financial regulations and audit frameworks

Nice-to-Have

• Experience working in large international enterprise environments
• Proven track record of achievements in IT Security
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
