Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer (Full Stack Tester) with strong expertise in Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and a deep understanding of the Airline domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, designing, and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical airline applications.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Key Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and backend applications
• Perform performance, load, and stress testing to validate system scalability and reliability
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks and quality issues
• Validate end-to-end workflows for airline systems and integrations
• Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to ensure quality delivery
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices and documentation standards

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in QA Automation and Performance Testing
• Strong hands-on experience with automation frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Proven expertise in performance testing tools and analysis techniques
• Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

• Deep understanding of Airline systems, including:
• Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
• Departure Control Systems (DCS)
• Airline reservation and related aviation technologies
