A senior AI consulting opportunity is available in Abu Dhabi for a commercially sharp, client-facing professional who can open doors, shape opportunities, and turn business problems into compelling transformation agendas. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, advisory, and AI innovation, with ownership of the early-stage client narrative before solution design begins.

Role overview

This position is focused on front-end consulting rather than hands-on delivery. You will work with senior stakeholders to define where AI can create value, frame the right problems to solve, and help build the business case for change. The right person will be comfortable leading executive conversations, guiding opportunity shaping, and influencing decision-makers in complex enterprise environments.

What you’ll do

• Lead early-stage client discussions with senior business and executive stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on business challenges and value creation opportunities
• Run discovery workshops, executive briefings, and pre-sales conversations
• Define AI-enabled use cases, problem statements, and transformation priorities
• Translate business needs into clear briefs for technical and delivery teams
• Shape proposals, value narratives, and executive presentations
• Build business cases, ROI stories, and investment recommendations
• Work closely with technical specialists to align commercial intent with practical execution
• Stay current on AI, GenAI, and digital transformation trends from a business impact perspective

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in management consulting, strategy, or senior advisory roles
• Strong experience in pre-sales, transformation, or client advisory work
• A track record of helping win proposals and influence executive approval
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to build persuasive business cases
• High executive presence, emotional intelligence, and polished communication skills
• Exposure to AI, data, digital, or advanced analytics initiatives is an advantage
