As Project Manager you will be responsible to ensure the successful delivery of appointed electrical customer projects, including large complex and smaller ones. Such projects are often data center related, but could include other types.
You will be a member of the local (Norwegian) and and EMEA project management organizations. In this role you can work from a local (or home) base, whilst travelling as needed to other locations to the client (construction/ project) sites during implementation phases and work with a wide variety of stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Projects can involve every aspect of power distribution from low to medium voltage, UPS (uninterrupted power supply), automation such as EPMS (Energy Power Monitoring System), DCIM (Data Centre Infrastructure Management) and SCADA systems. You will own and manages projects from project order to project completion, including cost, quality and timelines.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end project execution from purchase order to handover, covering design, procurement, and implementation for electrical/automation projects in critical infrastructure.
- Build and manage project teams; organize kick-off and regular meetings to align all stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers, and ensure proactive mitigation of issues.
- Control project costs and margins, manage variations, and provide accurate financial forecasts.
- Act as single point of contact for on-site implementation, including SAT scripts and commissioning.
- Ensure project success across safety, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and timing.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and recommending better practices.
- Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution with a strong preference toward electrical engineering, project management related certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience in customer project/site management (construction, industrial, commercial, automation, infrastructure), knowledge in Data Centre segment is an advantage.
- General understanding of project management, project scheduling, cost control and contract management.
- Strong knowledge in electrical/power distribution products (UPS, switchgear, monitoring systems) is a plus.
- Site activities on construction site with general contractor interface.
- Experienced using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Ms Project) or other project management related tools.
- Self-directed and collaborative team player with solution focused mindset and commercial awareness.
- Proficient in English, other European language knowledge is welcomed, Norwegian is highly desirable.
- Able to travel within EMEA without any restrictions and work in a multinational and matrix structured organization.
