Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join one of Canada's top Financial Institutions. This role is responsible for leading a high-profile, business-driven initiative focused on expanding Synthetic Prime capabilities into Asian markets. You will own end-to-end project delivery, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the bank to drive execution, manage risk, and deliver against strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-visibility projects from planning through execution and close
• Partner with business and executive stakeholders to define project scope, outcomes, and priorities
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and communication plans
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, including developing mitigation strategies
• Drive stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams, including senior leadership
• Track and report on project status, timelines, financials, and deliverables
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure successful delivery
• Apply change management principles to support adoption and business readiness
• Ensure adherence to enterprise project governance, methodology, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with finance and stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with exposure to senior/executive leadership
• Experience within Equities or Global Markets
• Solid understanding of trading concepts/products
• Experience working across cross-functional teams on complex initiatives

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Synthetic Prime products
• Exposure to global market expansion or capital markets initiatives
