Responsibilities
An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

What You Will Do
- Lead full project delivery for large client initiatives
- Primary interface with senior client stakeholders, frequently to the main program or customer boards, regarding project status, budget, scope and issues
- Provide leadership to manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external resources (local/offshore teams)
- Ensure client satisfaction through the successful realization of business benefits and address business drivers
- Provide effective communication of project status, plans, issues, timelines, and budgets, at all levels internally and externallyAccountable for the project's financial performanceEnsure process compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
- Strong telecom and IT background, in SI and Consulting environment
- Extensive experience in a customer-facing role, preferably with a software professional services organization or consulting background
- Logical approach to problem-solving and excellent eye for detail
- Proven track record of meeting project timeliness/deliverables and attention to detail, process, deadlines and quality results
- Proven track record of working with virtual teams of different cultures to establish distributed delivery
- Demonstrated success with customers during initiative assessment, project planning and implementation
