The Role
• Deliver optimal network routing, switching, IP security, and wide area network services.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and utilize Kanban methodology for issue resolution within SLAs.
• Support shift lead duties as a "queue manager" to ensure efficient assignment and resolution of escalated issues.
• Assist with proactive measures including network monitoring, analysis, maintenance, patching, and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement in communications, customer understanding, tools, and technology.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant network services experience.
• CCNA/CCNP certification is desired.
• Experience with security protocols and practices is desired.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance is required.
