Technical Lead

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions within banking environments.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong expertise in integration architecture, microservices, and enterprise-grade solution design across web and mobile channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Design and implement services using microservices and monolithic architectures
• Develop and manage integrations using various patterns (HTTP, messaging, pub/sub, fire-and-forget)
• Oversee end-to-end service development lifecycle (requirements, design, development, deployment, support)
• Ensure adherence to enterprise design patterns, standards, and best practices
• Build high-performance, scalable, and maintainable solutions for banking systems
• Lead code reviews, branching strategies, and quality control processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, architecture, and infrastructure
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing
• Work with vendors and third parties to ensure seamless system integrations

Requirements & Key Skills

• 10–12 years of experience in integration architecture and technical solution design
• Strong experience in banking or BFSI domain
• Hands-on expertise in Java and related technologies (Spring, Hibernate)
• Strong experience in microservices architecture design and implementation
• Experience with middleware and messaging technologies (MQ, Apache Kafka)
• Solid understanding of integration patterns and enterprise design principles
• Experience in developing high-level and low-level technical design documents
• Exposure to API standards (Open Banking, BIAN)
• Experience with API gateways, containerization, and service mesh technologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitOps
• Understanding of web and mobile frameworks (Angular, Flutter, React Native)
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and work in complex environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications such as Oracle Java or IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) are a plus
