Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) tailored to business needs.
Build and configure automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI for data visualization and decision-making.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party systems.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance policies.
Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users and business teams.
Stay updated on new Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and Azure integration.
ETL using Power BI Dataflows / Power Automate Dataflows / DAX / Power Query (M)
Application Development / Visual Studio Code / C# / .Net / SPFx / React / HTML / CSS / jQuery / JavaScript
Power BI Desktop / Power BI Report Server / Power BI Service / Power BI Paginated Reports
MS SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 / SSMS / SQL Server Reporting Services / SSRS Report Builder
Dynamics CRM / Salesforce CRM / Deal Cloud CRM development & integration
Office 365 / Azure / SharePoint Online / 2016 / 2013 architecture, development, and migrations
Azure Functions / Azure Automation / Logic Apps / Graph API / Azure AD / Azure app registrations
Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and scripting (Power Fx, TypeScript, PowerShell, C# preferred).
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400 are a plus.
