Description

• Plan and supervise the execution of corporate projects across the pillars of technology, innovation, processes, and new products/services;

• Establish scope, schedule, budget, and success criteria in alignment with the organization's strategic drivers;

• Monitor project performance based on metrics for timeline, cost, scope, and quality, proposing corrective actions when necessary;

• Apply and promote recognized project management methodologies (both traditional and agile);

• Produce executive reports and management presentations to support decision-making by senior leadership;

• Manage expectations, team engagement, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle; Document project results, fostering structured records of lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
