Leading multinational organization to identify an experienced HR Business Partner to support a diverse and dynamic business environment. This is a search for a strategic HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed organizations and enjoys working closely with senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Lead and support key HR processes including talent management, succession planning, performance cycles, and employee relations.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent, Rewards, Learning, DE&I) to implement global and regional HR initiatives.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, cultural transformations, and leadership development efforts.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, partnering with Legal as needed.
- Analyze HR metrics and people data to inform decision-making and proactively address risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role within a multinational and matrixed environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Solid experience in employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
