Job Description
You will manage and grow relationships with key merchant accounts within the Services industry as part of the Relationship Management portfolio. As the primary point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in understanding your merchants’ businesses, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive mutual growth.

You will manage and grow relationships with key merchant accounts within the Services industry as part of the Relationship Management portfolio. As the primary point of contact, you’ll play a critical role in understanding your merchants’ businesses, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive mutual growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key merchant partners.
- Act as the main point of contact, proactively engaging to understand business needs, goals, and industry challenges.
- Use consultative selling skills to grow Amex share, relevance, and profitability within your portfolio.
- Partner with senior decision-makers to identify opportunities that improve both merchant and Amex performance.
- Maximize merchant satisfaction by delivering a high-quality, seamless experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, processing, MIS, fraud prevention) to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Help merchants fully leverage the value of Card acceptance and Amex capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Strong adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong business development with a demonstrated ability to grow and expand portfolios through collaboration, influence, and effective negotiation.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated autonomy, problem-solving, and sound decision-making under pressure.
