Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and facilitate a critical Salesforce implementation project as part of our company’s separation from a sister company. This is a ground-up implementation of a standalone Salesforce instance, with integrations into various platforms, including Vidyard, Survey Monkey, HubSpot, Snowflake, and PowerI. The role requires a dynamic individual who can coordinate stakeholders across EST and PST time zones, work effectively with a global IT team, and manage integration dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Schedule and facilitate meetings, monitor activities of the Systems Integrator (SI), and coordinate across 6-8 related integration projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure the project stays on track.
• Integration Oversight: Coordinate dependencies between Salesforce and other platforms, including HubSpot, Vidyard, Survey Monkey, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• SI Collaboration: Work closely with a core SI team (3-4 members) based in India and Vancouver to ensure successful implementation.
• Reporting: Regularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

• 7-8 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of successful software implementation projects.
• Experience implementing Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot integration is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and integration dependencies simultaneously.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly in India and North America.
• Comfortable working EST hours.
