Construction Supervisor

Freelance CSA Supervisor | Major Construction Project | Finland & Germany

A leading contractor delivering complex, large-scale projects is seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major project in Finland or Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages

▪ Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out

▪ Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team

▪ Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met

▪ Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations

▪ Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tracking progress, manpower, and leading regular meetings

▪ Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements

▪ Attend and contribute to site, project, engineering, planning, coordination, and handover meetings

▪ Ensure all aspects of change management are properly managed and documented

▪ Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability

About You:

▪ Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

▪ 7+ years’ experience on large-scale construction projects

▪ Strong CSA background (civils, fit-out, roofing, cladding)

▪ Proven leadership and communication skills
