Project Manager

My client based in Dublin 2 are currently seeking a Project Manager who can balance strategic delivery with fast-paced, incremental improvements.

You’ll be responsible for driving delivery across customer-facing platforms and end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable switching between strategic oversight and hands-on delivery, with a strong focus on digital transformation and improving customer experience through modern tooling and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of both strategic transformation projects and incremental agile enhancements
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles across digital customer journeys
• Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to define and deliver priorities
• Apply Agile methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
• Oversee delivery across customer-facing digital platforms and experience journeys
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience using digital and AI-driven solutions
• Maintain clear project plans, reporting, and governance across initiatives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to both short-term priorities and long-term strategy

Experience Required

• 3–5 years’ experience in project management or delivery roles
• Strong experience working within Agile environments
• Experience delivering digital transformation or customer-facing technology projects
• Understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and digital platforms
• Ability to manage both strategic initiatives and incremental improvements simultaneously
• Experience working across cross-functional teams (product, tech, and business)
• Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
