We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager to lead a growing Data Services function within a high-performing, AI-driven environment based in Luxembourg.

This is a senior player-manager role sitting at the intersection of technical leadership, commercial delivery, and client engagement. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, BI Engineers, and Data Analysts whilst remaining hands-on technically when needed.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit purely in meetings. You’ll still be close to the tech, helping shape solutions, debugging complex problems, and driving delivery standards across the function.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background across Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Data Engineering

• Experience leading mixed technical teams in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on expertise with SQL, Python, dbt, BigQuery, AWS, Power BI, and/or Looker Studio

• Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts and modern AI-assisted development practices

• Experience working in Agile environments with Jira and sprint-based delivery

• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Commercial mindset with experience turning data solutions into scalable business value

Any exposure to retail media, eCommerce or MLOps would be highly beneficial.
