Job Purpose

Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for payroll transformation, ensuring smooth integration between Starda and internal systems like Workday and Kyriba, with full compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall project governance and lifecycle management

Manage integrations between Starda, Workday (HCM & master data), and Kyriba (treasury & payroll payments)

Plan and control project schedule, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate multi-country phased rollouts and regional go-lives

Oversee vendor delivery and ensure quality outcomes

Track and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

Align stakeholders across business, IT, and external partners

Ensure stable and accurate cross-system data flows

Secure compliance approvals and final sign-offs

Identify and mitigate compliance, security, and operational risks before payroll cutover

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong project management and governance skills

Experience in HR/payroll system integrations

Knowledge of Workday and Kyriba (preferred)

Stakeholder management and communication

Risk management and problem-solving

Vendor management experience

Ability to manage multi-country projects

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

5+ years of project management experience

Experience in payroll or HR transformation projects preferred
