As UK Visa Lab continues to grow, this role will play a key part in scaling our internal operations and delivery capability. You’ll be contributing to improving the overall client experience and operational excellence of our consultancy.

Role Description

We are seeking a Project Specialist to join our team on a fully remote basis, based in Türkiye. This is a full-time position designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional who's eager to grow alongside a niche, founder-led practice.

You'll work directly with the founder on client coordination, editorial review, and content production — a rare blend of hands-on execution and direct mentorship in a high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end delivery of client projects.
• Manage internal and external workflows, including onboarding, project tracking, and milestone delivery.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation templates, and internal knowledge base.
• Draft content for our blog, LinkedIn, newsletter, and website.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client-facing processes and materials.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across our processes.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategy and new service initiatives.

Qualifications

•    Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail

•    Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

•    Self-starter mindset; comfortable working remotely with autonomy

•    Proficiency with workflow, CRM, and collaboration tools

•    Bachelor's degree (any discipline: humanities, business, communications, engineering all welcome)

•    Excellent written and verbal English (this is non-negotiable)

•    Understanding of tech terminology, startups, and digital product workflows is a plus.

•    Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken)
