Senior Java Architect

We are seeking an experienced Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will define technical architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure and resilient solutions.

The Java Architect will play a key role in system modernization, cloud adoption, API strategy, microservices architecture, and enterprise integration initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise application architecture using Java technologies.
• Define scalable and secure system architectures for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Lead technical solution design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Create architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and design standards.
• Drive microservices-based architecture and API-first development practices.
• Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and security best practices.
• Guide CI/CD implementation and DevOps integration.
• Mentor developers and technical leads on architecture and coding standards.
• Support production issue analysis and system optimization.
• Participate in effort estimation, technical planning, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.
