The Role

We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer who loves designing and building complex systems end-to-end. Not someone who wants to tune models, but someone who wants to architect the platform that makes those models useful in the real world.

You'll join our Platform team and own serious pieces of software: the data models, the APIs, the integrations, the frontends, and everything in between. Our stack is TypeScript and Next.js on the application layer, with Python where it makes sense for data processing and model integration. No two projects look the same. One week you're designing a document extraction flow that talks to a client's ERP, the next you're architecting a real-time pipeline that ingests camera data and surfaces classifications in an operator dashboard. What ties it all together: you think in systems, you make sharp design decisions, and you turn ambiguous problems into working products fast.

This is a hands-on position in a growing team. You'll have real ownership over what you build and meaningful influence on how our platform evolves.

You Will

• Design and build complex full-stack applications, from data model to UI
• Make architectural decisions about how services, data, and integrations fit together
• Integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, and external systems (ERPs, cameras, sensors, client infrastructure)
• Work alongside our Data Science team: they build the models, you build the systems that run them in production
• Break down unfamiliar problems quickly and move from idea to shipped product

Who You Are

You're an engineer at heart. You enjoy thinking about how systems should be structured, where the right abstractions live, and how to make software that holds up when it meets reality. You care about code quality and you care even more about shipping.

Must haves

• 2 to 5 years of experience building software in production
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with Next.js or React
• Solid grasp of backend fundamentals: data modeling, API design, async flows, state management
• Experience designing and building systems that integrate multiple services and APIs
• Comfortable owning a feature end-to-end, from database schema to UI

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Python for data processing or service integration
• Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform
• Experience working with AI services or LLM APIs as a consumer (not as a model builder)
• Exposure to real-time systems, event-driven architectures, or streaming data
