PHP & NodeJS Technical Lead

We are looking for an PHP & NodeJS Technical Lead!

Responsabilities:

• Ensure the quality of all the technical deliverables of your application.
• Apply the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing and evaluation of software.
• Ensure that the application is designed and implemented taking into account the performance and SLAs required by the business.
• Know the technical aspects of the application (Architecture, Infrastructure, ...) as well as the functional and contextual aspects.
• Create the conditions to have the application in automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) mode.
• Identifying and maintaining a clear backlog of technical debt to help the Product Owner prioritize and reduce the product's overall technical debt.
• Lead the technical evolution of the application.
• Ensure that the application and team follow Security, Development, Architecture and Business Continuity guidelines and rules, including resolving security vulnerabilities.
• Align with the Platform Expert and Solution Architect to implement the guidelines and frameworks defined by the Group.
• Ensure that the correct application documentation, including all application CI, is registered and updated in the CMDB (ServiceNow).
• Manage the cost and consumption of your application's infrastructure.
• Identify the monitoring and alerts needed to manage the application, ensuring that the application is monitored via the Command Center.
• Technical Debt Backlog.
• Application technical documentation.
• Infrastructure change requests.

Requirements:

• Up to 10 years' experience in Software Development.
• Leadership experience is valued.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
• Hands-on experience with PHP and NodeJS.
• Hands-on experience with GCP.
• Experience of designing complex solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
• Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to quality deliveries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence (valued).
• Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English.
