About the job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior or Mid-Level .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft technologies and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality enterprise applications that support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core).
• Translate business requirements into efficient, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, UI/UX designers, and software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software engineering principles (OOP, SOLID, design patterns).
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness across all modules.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions, technical design decisions, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and support continuous knowledge sharing within the development team.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET development within enterprise application environments.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
• Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Proven experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with system integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud services and DevOps practices is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
