Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote)

Join a dynamic project as a freelance apparel designer for a premium Nordic-inspired sportswear brand focused on padel, tennis, golf, and lifestyle apparel. This role involves developing full design concepts that blend clean, minimal Scandinavian aesthetics with high-performance functionality and a distinct brand identity. You will collaborate closely with the internal team to create a cohesive product range, including shirts, shorts, hoodies, lifestyle wear, and accessories. The position offers the opportunity to establish a long-term partnership, starting with a paid trial project to ensure a strong fit for ongoing collaboration.

Deliverables

• Develop original design concepts for sportswear and lifestyle apparel, ensuring alignment with Nordic-inspired brand values.
• Create detailed tech packs and factory-ready files for production.
• Provide fabric recommendations and source suitable materials for performance and comfort.
• Produce marketing mockups and visual assets for promotional use.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from the team and adapt to evolving brand direction.
• Stay updated on current sportswear trends and integrate relevant insights into design work.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in apparel or graphic design, preferably within sportswear or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, minimal, and premium design sensibilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant design tools.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, factory-ready files and comprehensive tech packs.
• Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and performance materials.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback and iteration.
• Interest in building a long-term freelance partnership.
