Techcronus Business Solutions is a London-based technology company trusted by startups, agencies, and Fortune 500 companies, specialising in web and mobile app development, blockchain solutions, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM platforms. As we expand our footprint in the digital assets and Web3 space, we are seeking a driven and well-connected Crypto Business Development Manager to join our remote team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of enterprise technology and the fast-evolving crypto ecosystem — representing Techcronus to token projects, DeFi platforms, crypto exchanges, and blockchain foundations seeking world-class development partners.
This is a fully remote position open to professionals based in the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients operating in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 sectors, including token issuers, DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, and crypto exchanges.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities through outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals within the crypto community.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting Web3 startups and established digital asset companies seeking blockchain development services.
Establish and nurture long-term strategic partnerships with blockchain ecosystems, launchpads, DAOs, and crypto investment funds.
Collaborate closely with internal product consultants and development teams to translate client needs into tailored service proposals and project scopes.
Represent Techcronus at crypto conferences, Web3 summits, and industry meetups to strengthen brand presence and generate leads.
Track and report on sales performance, pipeline metrics, revenue targets, and partnership outcomes on a regular basis.
Monitor trends across global crypto markets, emerging blockchain ecosystems, and competitor landscape to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships within the cryptocurrency, Web3, or blockchain industry.
Strong existing network of contacts across crypto exchanges, DeFi projects, token issuers, VCs, or blockchain foundations.
Deep familiarity with crypto market mechanics, tokenomics, CEX/DEX dynamics, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
Experience working with or selling technology services, SaaS products, or development solutions is a strong advantage.
Hands-on familiarity with major platforms and ecosystems such as Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Polygon, or similar.
Self-motivated, target-driven professional capable of operating independently in a fully remote environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
Experience using CRM tools, outreach platforms, and pipeline management systems is preferred.
What We Offer
Competitive annual salary: £95,000 – £105,000
