WorkSation & User Support Technician

Your mission

As part of dynamic and experienced team, you will be in charge of

• Ensuring the installation, proper functioning and development of user workstations.
• Ensuring support to resolve hadware, software & network issues
• Manageing IT inventory
• Basic Administering of Atlasian & Confluence
• Managing Windows & Mac devices on INTUNE

Your profile

• You hold a CFC in computer science with Microsoft Certification (365 fundamentals, Endpoint Administration, ITIL V4)
• You have at least 3 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desks, with end-user support
• Deep knowledge in Jira ITSM tool
• You have good knowledge of Operating Systems : Windows 10/11, Mac OSX, IOS, Android
• You have good knowledge of Active Directory ans cloud solutions such as Office365, AMS Intune, Azure
• You have good knowledge of the Windows workstation environment, TCP/IP network printers, virtualization (VMware) and Citrix
• You are fluent in French & English
