Role Overview
We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Mangalore office. This role requires someone hands-on, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions independently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR Operations for the Mangalore office
- Handle Talent Acquisition (TA) – sourcing to onboarding
- Oversee Payroll processing & compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning
🔹 Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong experience in HR Ops, TA, and Payroll
- Must be fluent in Malayalam
- Ability to work independently and manage a location
CTC Range - 30k-40k
