  • Liaise with Payroll to support accurate translation of academic workloads into pay outcomes
  • Support study period activities and cyclical academic workforce processes

  • At least two years’ experience in an HR support, HR coordinator or HR advisory role
  • Strong HR administration skills and excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to interpret policies, procedures and employment documents in a practical way
  • Some exposure to awards, enterprise agreements or employment legislation
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to support a range of stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with Workday, Scout or Power BI would be desirable
  • Experience working in higher education, tertiary education or a complex workforce environment would be highly regarded
