Job Description
The position will co-ordinate and project manage scoping, planning, design, tendering, construction and hand over of buildings and buildings related capital projects to achieve outcomes that meet quality, time, budget and stakeholder expectations.

About you:
To be considered for this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in architecture, construction, engineering, project management (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects end-to-end, including planning, prioritisation, and managing competing demands to achieve time, cost, and quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration, budget management, risk management, and program delivery within a project environment.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in project governance, including reporting, documentation, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and frameworks.
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence, Construction Induction (White) Card, and Working with Children Check are mandatory.
