You'll manage works from tender to completion - coordinating trades, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality delivery, this is your next step.

What You'll Do

• Manage remedial projects end-to-end
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  
  

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in construction project management
• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, or similar
• Strong technical building knowledge and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
• Remedial experience highly regarded
