What You Bring:

• 5+ years senior experience in Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Certifications like MCSA, MCP, CCNA – plus CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Security Associate.
• Mastery of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory & Group Policy, and network protocols.
• Strong skills in backup solutions (NetBackup bonus), VMware, storage, and Linux (desirable).
• Proven ability to solve problems, document processes, and thrive under ITIL‑driven methodologies.
• Bonus points for automation chops with Python, Ansible, REST APIs.
