Right now, we’re looking for someone who goes beyond “project coordination” and thrives in the functional and technical side of product delivery.

In this role, you’ll lead the functional direction of a scrum team, turning complex business ideas into clear, build-ready specifications developers can execute with confidence. You’ll own the backlog, drive sprint execution, and ensure the quality of what we deliver together with QA.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how modern banking systems actually work, APIs, integrations, data flows, mobile apps, and backend logic.

While the Project Manager owns the roadmap and strategic alignment, you’ll focus on making delivery happen: refining requirements, validating functional flows, removing blockers, and ensuring every feature works as intended.

What you’ll do

• Turn business ideas into clear functional and technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation-ready specs
• Define and document API, microservice, and integration requirements across internal and external systems
• Lead functional analysis for mobile banking products, ensuring intuitive, compliant, and high-quality user experiences
• Own delivery from analysis through implementation, testing, and launch
• Manage and refine the backlog 2–3 sprints ahead to keep the team execution-ready
• Act as the bridge between product managers, architects, and developers, balancing business goals with technical feasibility
• Run daily stand-ups, remove functional blockers, and keep sprint delivery on track
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to align team delivery with strategic initiatives and timelines
• Lead feature demos and showcase new capabilities across the organization
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and workflow efficiency

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience in complex digital environments, ideally banking, fintech, or regulated industries
• Strong expertise in functional analysis and translating requirements into detailed specifications
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and microservices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally with Scrum Master responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of mobile and digital product delivery
• Analytical mindset with the ability to understand end-to-end system and data flows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Openness to using AI tools to improve team productivity and delivery quality
