.NET Developer (m/f/d)

As part of our continued growth in Poland, we are looking for a .NET Developer (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced Contact Center and real-time communication solutions.

• Design and development of backend applications in .NET (C#) supporting Contact Center platforms based on Genesys PureConnect and Genesys Cloud
• Implementation of CTI integrations and call routing logic using technologies such as SIP, SIP Trunk and WebRTC
• Development of APIs and backend services responsible for processing calls and real-time communication events
• Working in a Linux (Debian) environment and managing operational data using MongoDB
• Analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to VoIP and telecommunications systems (knowledge of FreeSwitch is nice to have)
• Collaboration on solutions supporting dispatcher console environments, with an understanding of operational workflows and real-time communication requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in .NET development
• Experience with Contact Center platforms, ideally Genesys PureConnect
• Understanding of Contact Center processes, including agent management, queue handling, and permission models
• Practical experience with VoIP / telecommunications technologies such as SIP, SIP Trunking, and WebRTC
• Experience with CTI integrations between telephony systems and business applications
• Experience working in Linux environments (Debian)
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• A technical background or degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field will be considered an advantage
