Now we are looking for a skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our agile team. As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to shape the overall look and feel of our digital products, ensuring that every interaction is both visually appealing and effortlessly intuitive. You will design for both mobile and web platforms, translating user needs and business goals into elegant interfaces and cohesive user experiences. You will also support user research by building and refining prototypes, conducting usability tests, and gathering direct feedback from users. This role is located in Espoo, Finland and we expect you to come to the office at least twice a week. Salary for this role will be 2500-3000 euros/month gross depending on your experience level.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web interfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes using Figma to bring concepts to life.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to understand user challenges and iterate on concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers to clarify requirements and align on product vision.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and understood prior to development.
• Conduct user testing sessions, gather feedback, and integrate user insights into design iterations.
• Maintain organized design files, style guides, and component libraries in Figma.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, securing feedback and buy-in.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in our design process and team workflows.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE MUST-HAVES:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or master's degree.
• Proven ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs for mobile applications and websites.
• Proficiency in using Figma to create prototypes and interactive mockups.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking principles and methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
• Experience in conducting user testing and gathering feedback for design improvements.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
