DevOps - Senior Role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps / Infrastructure Lead to manage and enhance the infrastructure ecosystem for development teams. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure initiatives, mentor infra engineers, and ensure highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments across AWS and Azure platforms.

• Manage infrastructure and platform support for development teams.
  
• Lead and drive infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
  
• Mentor and guide infrastructure/DevOps engineers.
  
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
  
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform.
  
• Manage and optimize cloud environments on AWS Core services; Azure exposure is an added advantage.
  
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using Datadog.
  
• Handle centralized logging and troubleshooting using Kibana.
  
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve DevOps and production-related issues on demand.
  
• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS preferred).
  
• Develop automation scripts using Bash or Python.
  
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth deployments and releases.
  
  

• Strong experience in DevOps and Infrastructure management.
  
• Hands-on expertise with GitLab CI/CD.
  
• Strong experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  
• Solid knowledge of AWS Core services.
  
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (ECS/EKS).
  
• Expertise in monitoring using Datadog.
  
• Experience in logging and observability using Kibana.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities.
  
• Scripting expertise in Bash and/or Python.
  
• Good understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts.
  
  

• Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  
• Experience with multi-cloud environments.
  
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
  
• Experience in large-scale production environments.
  
  

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  
• 3+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure leadership role preferred.
