Our client, an industry-leading service provider, is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their team. This role will see the successful candidate supporting the full HR lifecycle including recruitment administration, onboarding, contract preparation, training records and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job adverts, screen applications and schedule interviews
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee records
- Manage probation tracking, leave administration, training records and compliance
- Assist in employee relations administration such as note-taking and preparing files
- Prepare employee lifecycle documentation including promotions, role changes and other updates
- Collate hours, overtime, absences and attendance data
- Create and maintain full employee lifecycle reports and dashboards
- Coordinate exit processes by issuing final documentation, gathering equipment and updating systems
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Key Skills
- Qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- 2+ years experience in similar role
- An understanding of up to date Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with high attention to detail
- Proactive, positive team player
