Junior Supply Chain Data Scientist - Internship

Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Junior Supply Chain Data Scientist.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Data Scientist to join the Supply Chain team at Pramac Group Headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, international company. As part of the Supply Chain Analytics team, you will play a key role in leveraging data to optimize operational processes and driving data-informed decision-making.

Main accountabilities:

• Participation in Supply Chain digital transformation projects
• Data analysis and reporting activities using Excel, Python, or similar tools
• Support in process mapping and workflow optimization initiatives
• Assistance in project planning, task coordination, and follow-up activities
• Collaboration with IT, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Preparation of dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports
• Support in identifying automation opportunities for repetitive activities
• Participation in meetings with internal stakeholders

Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
• Basic programming and data analysis skills (Python preferred)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is considered a plus (e.g. PowerBI, Data visualization in Pyhton)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
• Good knowledge of English

Requirements:

• Degree in a STEM field (Engineering preferred)
• Junior profile; thesis internship candidates are also welcome
• Enthusiastic about Artificial Intelligence technologies and interested in following the latest AI developments and trends
• Precision, curiosity, and attention to detail
• Availability to work on-site in a dynamic and cross-functional environment
