EMEA Recruitment is working with a well-established global company on an exclusive basis. We are searching for a Fluent German speaking, Interim HR Generalist to join the Zug office as they continue in their exciting growth phase.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, Swiss labor law, immigration processes, and operational HR excellence.
The role will be based in Zug, Switzerland and will be a 4-6 months contract

Key responsibilities of the Interim HR Generalist:
• Manage HR data accuracy and updates within the company’s HR system, while delivering responsive support to employee queries
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners and leavers
• Coordinate benefits administration and relocation logistics, including immigration support for domestic and international hires
• Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies and support ongoing regional and global HR projects
Your profile:
• Ability to deal with all levels of seniority and key stakeholder management skills
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a fast-moving, international or start up style environment
• Strong working knowledge of Swiss employment and immigration regulations
• Fluency in German is mandatory
