Qualifications

· 4+ years of experience in software development

· Experience reading, understanding and debugging code and source control history

· Experienced in using and understanding complex technical software systems and tools.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

· Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing developer needs.

· Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of nuance.

· Ability to multitask and work independently in an unstructured environment.

· Exceptional communication and a high level of patience and emotional intelligence.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly document complex bugs and the steps to reproduce

· Strong technical writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in software development, developer operations, and technical issue investigation/debugging.

· Experience in a tech environment. General awareness and knowledge of gaming and App development on VR platforms or equivalent software development or experience working with software development teams.

· Experience working within a Customer Relationship Management software platform for receiving and responding to customer questions.

· Experience in customer support via social media platforms, preferably in a tech or developer-focused environment.

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

· Experience in Android/ Horizon based Mobile Application Development projects . Hands on Experience in Kotlin, Java

· Experience in AR-VR Application Development – Meta Horizon/Unity/Unreal Engine. For Instance, Created interactive 2D/3D games and applications, typically requiring deep experience in Unity (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++)

·Nice to Have Experience on Python , PHP
