Fullstack – Technical Operations Engineer (Singapore)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team in Singapore

• Responsible for building, operating, and optimizing technical systems

• Work closely with development teams to ensure product stability, security, and performance

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications built with Node.js, React.js, and Next.js
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and operate containerized applications using Docker
• Design, administer, and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis
• Integrate and manage GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity
• Explore and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across systems and applications
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability (uptime)
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows • Propose and apply DevOps / TechOps best practices
• Participate in shift rotation and standby duties to support a 24/7 business operation, including:

o Monitoring systems and responding to incidents outside regular business hours

o Providing timely responses to urgent alerts or service requests

o Ensuring smooth handover between shifts and maintaining incident documentation

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• More than 4 years of experience in Technical Operations, DevOps, or Backend Engineering

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and Next.js

• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerized environments

• Experience working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot in development workflows

• Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools or projects is a plus

• Willingness to work shifts and be on standby for after‑hours support

• Strong problem‑solving mindset

• Good communication and teamwork skills
