Our client (MNC) is a deep-tech scale-up in Singapore working on silicon photonics — fast-growing, real product roadmap, and an expanding Singapore HQ. For HR folks, this is a rare chance to build HR frameworks from the ground up in a company that’s scaling and hiring across engineering, operations, finance, and R&D.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Verify attendance records, any deductions prior to payroll submission.
- Maintain and update employee leave records in HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies and local employment laws.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees including document collection
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and letters
- Support initiatives to enhance employee welfare and engagement activities.
- Handle offboarding activities such as clearance and issuance of relevant letters.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing hiring calendars
- Support HR audits, surveys, and government reporting when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
