Software Developer (Azure / .NET)

Position: Software Developer / SysAdmin (.NET / Azure)

Parker Stewart are delighted to partner with a leading Irish software organisation to hire a Software Developer / SysAdmin on a permanent basis. This a hybrid technical role combining software development with infrastructure ownership - ideal for someone who enjoys both building applications and managing the environments they run in.

This role offers exposure to modern SaaS product development, customer-facing technical projects and cloud infrastructure management within an agile engineering team.

Key Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-hosted SaaS applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure
• Deploy, manage, monitor, and optimise applications and infrastructure across Azure environments
• Support administration of Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, user access, and security policies
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver customer solutions, and improve existing products
• Provide infrastructure support including system monitoring, incident response, backup/disaster recovery, and environment maintenance

Experienced Required:

• Strong experience developing applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and SQL Server/MS SQL
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Web Apps, Azure SQL, Azure AD/Entra ID, cloud deployments, and infrastructure support
• Experience building modern web applications using Blazor and/or Razor Pages
• Working knowledge of Office 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Azure AD administration
• Experience supporting production systems, cloud environments, infrastructure, and troubleshooting live technical issues

Desirable skills:

• Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience
• AWS cloud exposure
• PowerShell or Bash scripting
• Cybersecurity or secure infrastructure experience
• Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, fintech, or enterprise software
