Flexistaff are hiring for a client in the retail and head office support sector for an experienced and driven HR Generalist to join a busy and fast-paced HR team based in Swords.

This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys a varied role covering employee relations, HR operations, recruitment support, policy management, performance management and employee engagement.

The Role:

• Support managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters
• Handle employee relations, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
• Support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration processes
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and employee records
• Assist with absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Support HR reporting, compliance and Irish employment law requirements
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist role
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing sensitive and confidential matters
• Payroll or Time & Attendance system experience advantageous
• Full clean driving Licence and access to own transport
