Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on-site in our Riga office to plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver a wide range of cross-functional projects supporting Playtech’s development and expansion within the iGaming industry. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives in a dynamic, regulated, and fast‑paced international environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver cross‑functional projects within the iGaming; environment, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, risks and stakeholder management;
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and implement mitigation, avoidance or corrective actions when needed;
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management review;
  • Ensure compliance with project‑related contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements;
  • Provide regular status updates to management and propose improvements to project management processes.


Professional and competency requirements:

  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate project work;
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making skills;
  • Experience with project budgeting, cost control, change control, and resource management;
  • Ability to understand and apply technical documentation and technical project requirements;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and unambiguously explain project‑related topics, company rules, and procedures;
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to explain and present changes or innovations;
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to professionally manage conflicts in diverse situations;
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities;
  • Strong cooperation and networking skills, with the ability to work with employees of different backgrounds, roles, and perspectives.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence, Smartsheet.


Language Skills:

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, sufficient for professional communication with management, business partners, and external service providers.


Certifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) would be considered an advantage.
