- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Collaborate closely with developers, system administrators, business stakeholders, and management teams to deliver successful solutions.
- Coordinate development activities and ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into innovative and scalable technical solutions.
- Proactively resolve challenges and remove project impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Strong experience in IT project management within banking or financial services projects.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience working in complex global delivery environments.
