Project Manager (Relocation to Belgium)

Position: Project Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium

What you will do

• Support the Lead Project Manager during the final development and pre‑launch phase, coordinating with development teams and stakeholders
• Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies during the run‑up to launch
• Ensure all technical, analytical, and governance elements required for launch are aligned and delivered on time
• After launch, assume full responsibility for day‑to‑day project management, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, issue tracking, and continuous improvement
• Prepare onboarding packages (login guidance, FAQs, video tutorials)
• Organize onboarding webinars for first‑time users across 32 Allies
• Coordinate account creation with NATO technical services and track onboarding progress
• Run regular coordination meetings with internal teams and contractors
• Maintain project documentation and monitor progress, reporting status to senior management
• Prepare briefing notes, slide decks, speaking points, and demonstration materials
• Liaise with EuRepoC (data provider) to coordinate data delivery schedules and ensure alignment with NATO requirements
• Serve as focal point for coordination with SITCEN (technical platform provider) and internal stakeholders (CyOC, CTAB, etc.)
• Prepare funding documentation, track financial execution, and liaise with budget officers
• Develop proposals for the future evolution of the Repository, identifying functional and analytical gaps and preparing enhancement roadmaps
• Capture lessons learned, conduct after‑action reviews, and convert findings into actionable recommendations
• Support data processing and analysis workflows, including coordination with Allied representatives for Pledge bilaterals
• Ensure smooth execution of bilaterals, including off‑site sessions in Allied nations

What we are looking for

• Proven project management experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
• Experience developing project documentation, SOPs, roadmaps, and guidance materials
• Ability to translate technical issues into policy‑friendly language
• Ability to brief senior management clearly and concisely
• Excellent written and oral English

Nice to have

• PM certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
• Experience working with NATO structures
• Experience managing digital platforms
• Experience in cybersecurity or cyber defence environments
