The Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models and Power BI dashboards based on Apptio Cost & Financial Data Lake (CFDL) to support Aftersales performance, cost transparency, and financial steering. The role acts as a bridge between Aftersales business stakeholders, Finance, and IT/Data teams, ensuring high‑quality, actionable insights.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards using data sourced from Apptio CFDL.

- Build and optimize data models (facts, dimensions, measures) aligned with Aftersales KPIs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reconciliation with financial and operational sources.

- Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making in Aftersales and Finance. Aftersales & Financial Steering

- Translate Aftersales business needs into analytical requirements and KPIs.

- Support cost transparency, profitability, and performance tracking across Aftersales activities.

- Collaborate with Finance to align reporting with financial controlling and cost allocation logic.

- Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data insights. Apptio / CFDL Ownership

- Act as subject matter expert for Apptio CFDL data structures and logic.

- Coordinate with IT / Data Platform teams on data ingestion, transformations, and enhancements. - Ensure correct usage of Apptio data for reporting and analysis purposes. Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Aftersales stakeholders to understand reporting needs and priorities.

- Present insights in a clear, business‑oriented way to non‑technical audiences.

- Support users with Power BI adoption, interpretation of reports, and best practices.

🛠 Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization).

- Solid understanding of Apptio / TBM concepts, ideally with exposure to CFDL.

- Experience working with financial and cost data.

- Good knowledge of SQL and data analysis concepts.

- Understanding of data quality, controls, and reconciliation processes.

🌍 Business & Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.

- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Aftersales, Finance, IT).

- Structured, detail‑oriented, and proactive way of working.

- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish/German is a plus). Nice to Have

- Experience in Aftersales, Automotive, or Shared Services environments.

- Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO, Aftersales‑related data).

- Experience with cost allocation models and profitability analysis.
